A march this size runs on volunteers. If you can give a few hours, before or on October 23, we need you.
Pick a role
Route guide
Guide the march, keep it moving, and help anyone who needs it. You'll get a short briefing beforehand, and you'll wear a volunteer shirt so people can find you.
First aid
Nurses, EMTs, medics and anyone with current first-aid training. You'll staff the first-aid points at the start and near the stage.
Setup + cleanup
Arrive early to set up, or stay late to help us leave the Mall cleaner than we found it.
Info table
Be the friendly face at Sylvan Theater: answer questions, reunite lost friends, and point people to restrooms and first aid.
Outreach
Before the march: hang posters, hand out flyers, and bring your community, congregation, union or campus.
